The U.S. Army approached Max Siegel Inc. with a goal to increase the amount of diverse candidates for the armed forces. Through a series of sponsored events and a national concert series, MSI was able to attract diverse audiences from across the country and generate enough data capture to successfully supply the U.S. Army with a comprehensive list of diverse candidates.

MSI successfully implemented performances in six U.S. cities, each location determined by identifying key demographics that aligned with the target audience. Working with top musical talents, such as Pit Bull, MSI was able to attract major attention and audience numbers, surpassing the data capture goal set by the U.S. Army by 150%.
