Our creative division has worked with Eli Lilly to create and design a new floorplan and workspace for their Global Finance Shared Services Division. The objective of our partnership was not only to increase a sense of community in the Financial Shared Service Center, but also to create an engaging environment to help increase team moral and productivity. We wanted to allow employees to take ownership and participate in their environment. We used inspiring colors, community boards and engaging signage to convey this concept.
